The Information Booklet includes basic information about the Public Procurement Office, its organisational set-up, competences, duties and powers.
The Information Booklet of the Public Procurement Office has been developed in accordance with the Law on Free Access of Information of Public Importance and the Instructions for Development and Publication of public authorities’ information booklets.
The Information Booklet is developed in electronic and machine-readable format, published through the single information system of information booklets kept and maintained by the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
