Organised by the National Alliance for Local Economic Development, in the period 27-29 February 2024, a working consultation was held themed “Improving cooperation between the Public Procurement Office and the Commission for the Protection of Competition”.
Representatives of the authorities had the opportunity to exchange experiences and previous activities in the field of public procurement from the point of view of their competences, with special reference to the monitoring of public procurement procedures and the functionality of the Public Procurement Portal.
