Pursuant to Article 213 of the Law on Public Procurement (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 91/19 and 92/23) and the Instruction for Use of the Public Procurement Portal (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 93/20 and 96/23, hereinafter referred to as: Instruction), the request for the protection of rights shall be submitted electronically through the Public Procurement Portal.
The Instruction stipulates that if the applicant for the protection of rights has authorised the attorney to take action in the rights protection procedure, the e-Request for rights protection shall be submitted by the attorney who submits the authorisation for representation in the rights protection procedure as part of the e-Request. The right to representation through the Portal may only be granted to an entity that is registered on the Public Procurement Portal.
