The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 115/2023 on 25 December 2023 published the following new by-laws adopted by the Public Procurement Office:
- Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on the procedure and conditions for obtaining a certificate for a public procurement officer and maintaining the Register of Public Procurement Officers,
- Rulebook on the manner of publication and type of data on contracts and contract amendments that contracting authorities publish on the Public Procurement Portal, and
- Rulebook on types of goods for which contracting authorities are obliged to apply environmental aspects in public procurement procedures.
The mentioned by-laws are in force from 1 January 2024.
