As part of the Public Discussion Programme on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, a round table themed “Presentation and discussion of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement” was held in the premises of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce on 14 August 2023. The round table was organised by the Ministry of Finance and the Public Procurement Office in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, where more than 100 contracting authorities/entities, bidders and other interested parties participated.
Representatives of the Public Procurement Office presented the key changes introduced by the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, after which the participants of the round table presented their comments and suggestions on the proposed amendments, as well as new proposals that the working group for the preparation of the draft of the law to be considered after the end of the public discussion.
