The 2024 Action Plan for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Development Programme in the Republic of Serbia for the Period 2024-2028, within the measure “Strengthening the Administrative Capacities of Contracting Authorities and Economic Entities”, envisages the organisation of training courses for contracting authorities and bidders in the field of public procurement.
In this regard, in the period from 14 to 15 November 2024, the Public Procurement Office, within the framework of the EU Public Finance – Management Facility Project, funded by the EU and implemented by the UNDP, held a two-day training on the topic “Contract Award Criteria – New Legal Solutions in Application from 1 January 2024”.
More than 500 participants attended the training each day.
Trainees had the opportunity to learn about new legal solutions in the field of contract award criteria, the method of applying contract award criteria on the Public Procurement Portal, as well as model tender documents with examples of applying contract award criteria that are not based solely on price.
