The 2024 Action Plan for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Development Programme in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2024-2028, within the measure “Strengthening the Regulatory and Institutional Framework Regarding Green Procurements“, the measure “Encouraging the Application of the Social Concept in Public Procurement” and the measure “Encouraging the Application of Techniques and Instruments in Public Procurement”, envisages the activities of organising training on green procurements, social procurement and the promotion of techniques and instruments in public procurement procedures.
In this regard, on 9 December 2024, the Public Procurement Office, with the support of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, held a webinar for contracting authorities and bidders on the above topics.
The first part of the webinar was dedicated to green public procurements and the promotion of tender documentation models with examples of the application of environmental aspects. In the second part, participants had the opportunity to learn about social procurement, then about tender documentation models with examples of the application of social aspects, but also about the similarities and differences between the framework agreement and the dynamic procurement system.
The webinar was attended by around 400 representatives of contracting authorities and bidders.
