On 12 December 2025, within the Project “Efficient Public Procurement and Sustainable Supply Chains (ESG) for Enhancing Competitiveness,” implemented by the National Alliance for Local Economic Development with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, the Public Procurement Office organised another training session focused on the application of procurement techniques and environmental aspects in public procurement procedures.

The participants were presented with the advantages of applying framework agreements, as well as examples of good practice in integrating environmental aspects into framework agreements.

The second part of the training was dedicated to conducting public procurement procedures using the framework agreement technique on the Public Procurement Portal, with particular emphasis on the most common mistakes made by contracting authorities.
