On 1 October 2025, the Public Procurement Office, in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, organised a meeting attended by more than 40 representatives of economic operators participating in public procurement procedures.

Representatives of economic operators informed the attendees about the problems they encounter when submitting bids and participating in public procurement procedures, while representatives of the Public Procurement Office pointed out the importance of the proper implementation of the Public Procurement Law, with a special focus on improving competition in public procurement procedures.

This event was an opportunity for representatives of economic operators to present their suggestions and dilemmas regarding legal and regulatory solutions in the field of public procurement.
