On 15 June 2026, the Public Procurement Office, within the framework of the Project “Efficient Public Procurement and Sustainable Supply Chains (ESG) for Improving Competitiveness”, implemented by NALED with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), organised a presentation of the Analysis of Constraining Factors for Participation in Public Procurement Procedures and Instructions to Bidders for Participation in Public Procurement Procedures.

The presentation was attended by 140 bidders.
