In the period from 10-12 June 2026, within the framework of the Project “Efficient Public Procurement and Sustainable Supply Chains (ESG) for Improving Competitiveness”, implemented by the National Alliance for Local Economic Development with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, a workshop was held to harmonise the positions of key institutions in the public procurement system regarding the implementation of the Public Procurement Law.  

Representatives of the Public Procurement Office, the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, the Ministry of Finance – Budget Inspectorate, the State Audit Institution and the Commission for the Protection of Competition had the opportunity to exchange experiences and opinions on the implementation of public procurement regulations from the perspective of their respective competences, in order to ensure legal certainty for participants in public procurement procedures.
