The Public Procurement Office has begun the process of drafting the text of the Draft Action Plan for 2027 for the implementation of the Public Procurement Development Program in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2024-2028.

A consultation process has begun on the eConsultation portal, during which consultations will be organised, followed by a public debate.

During the consultations, a roundtable will be organised in Belgrade, on 12 October 2026, from 10 am to 2 pm, in the Palace of Serbia, room 233, at which the Draft Action Plan will be presented.

Representatives of authorities and organisations, judicial authorities, international organisations, citizens’ associations and other representatives of civil society, the professional community, as well as professors, academics, scientists and other interested persons are invited to provide their proposals, comments, suggestions and objections to the text of the Draft Action Plan for 2027 for the implementation of the Public Procurement Development Programme in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2024-2028 by 20 October 2026, during the consultation period, via the eConsultation portal or by email to office@ujn.gov.rs.
