On 27 January 2026, the Public Procurement Office, within the framework of the project “EU Support for Public Finance Management”, funded by the EU and implemented by the UNDP, organised a meeting on the topic “Legal Protection in the Field of Public Procurement and Challenges in Practice”.

Representatives of the Public Procurement Office, the Administrative Court and the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures had the opportunity to exchange experiences and to become acquainted with European standards and the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU presented by EU experts in the field of public procurement.
