The Subcommittee on Economic and Financial Issues and Statistics was held in hybrid format on 5 December 2022 in Brussels.
At the meeting, the European Commission was presented with contributions prepared by the competent state administration authorities on the following topics: 1) Economic developments and outlook in Serbia; 2) Current state of implementation of ERP policy guidelines for 2022 and preparations for the 2023 ERP; 3) Current state of implementation of measures and obligations under Chapter 17; 4) Improving the functioning of the market economy and strengthening the competitiveness of the economy; 5) Financial control; 6) Capital movements and liberalisation; 7) Statistics.
In line with its competences, the Public Procurement Office reported in writing to the European Commission, under the section “Implementation of ERP policy guidelines for 2022”, on measures taken to ensure the application of the principles of competition, equal treatment, non-discrimination, and transparency in all public procurement processes.
