On September 10, 2025, representatives of the Public Procurement Office participated in the capacity of observer in the Meeting of the Commission Government Experts Group on Public Procurement in Brussels, Belgium.

The points discussed were the: Ongoing public procurement reform in the EU; Revision of the Public Procurement Directives, and the Exchange of views with Member States on Green Public Procurement (GPP); the new Access2markets tool; Revision of the Public Procurement Directives and the Exchange of views with Member States on Innovation procurement; the Cost-benefit study and the Presentation of results by the contractor and the European Committee of the Regions’ report on How EU public procurement rules affect regions and cities”.

Through work in subgroups and plenary discussions, participants had the opportunity to exchange opinions on the above topics.
