On 26 September 2025, the Public Procurement Office, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme and with the support of the Software Protection Association – Legalis, organised a presentation of the Guidelines for contracting authorities for the award of contracts in the field of IT services and goods.

The guidelines were developed within the framework of the project “EU Support for Public Finance Management in Serbia”, funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme.

After introducing the participants to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law regarding public procurement of IT services and goods, examples of procurement of IT services and goods were presented, as well as the experience of the Software Protection Association – Legalis in relation to these procurements.

The document “Guidelines for contracting authorities for the award of contracts in the field of IT services and goods” was published on the website of the Public Procurement Office in the Office’s Technical Assistance section.
