In the premises of the “Serbia” Palace, on 30 and 31 March 2023, two certificate award ceremonies were organised for 85 public procurement officers. On this occasion, the representatives of the Public Procurement Office delivered certificates to the candidates who successfully passed the examination for public procurement officers under the Public Procurement Law (“The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, no. 91/19) in the period from October 2022 till March 2023.
Providing the preparation for successful exam taking, the Public Procurement Office organised two two-day training sessions intended for the preparation for the certifying examination of public procurement officers. Training on the same topic will be organised next year as well, and the schedule with all other relevant information will be published by the Public Procurement Office on its web page in a timely manner.
The aim of examination and certification of public procurement officers is to improve the knowledge and professionalism levels in performing the tasks of public procurement for contracting authorities, but also for bidders, which further enhances the efficiency and productivity of the overall professional work.
